Palak Aggarwal is a Consultant at Meridian West, where she delivers market research, thought leadership, and client listening programmes for leading professional services firms including KPMG, Herbert Smith Freehills, Bird & Bird, and Grant Thornton. Her work focuses on analysing and interpreting research to support clients in understanding their markets and developing effective strategies.

Before joining Meridian West, Palak worked in Gartner’s Professional Services team as a Quantitative Analysis Specialist, where she led large-scale data projects, developed survey frameworks, and provided actionable insights to senior executives across global clients.

Palak holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Bristol and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Delhi. Her expertise spans both quantitative and qualitative research, data interpretation, and client advisory.
