Silvia Grigoroiu
Silvia is Director at Meridian West. Her role involves implementation of client insight programmes, including MeridianAI and advanced analytics technologies. Silvia is also actively involved in the the development and delivery of the solutions for a smooth day-to-day project management environment.
Silvia has been working with professional services firms for over a decade providing advice on architectural process and implementation of client listening programmes, developing benchmarking tools and helping clients refine their strategies to become more client-focused.
Prior to joining Meridian West, Silvia worked in finance, providing tactical advice on UK tax laws and procedures. After graduating with a degree in Engineering and Environmental Protection. Silvia’s early career included a variety of business administration and marketing roles in diverse business sectors including food manufacturing, customer services and retail.
