Breakfast roundtable: embracing a 'client first' culture
In a recent survey, we found that while most leading professional services firms collect client feedback, only a small minority consistently act on what their clients are saying.
This breakfast roundtable will be hosted in central London. It is an an opportunity to learn from Meridian West experts as well as your industry peers. We will explore how organisations and individuals can respond to the challenge and opportunity of becoming authentically ‘client-first’.
In the workshop, we will:
1. Consider the health of relationships along a typical client journey.
2. Explore common client satisfaction challenges and the root cause of these.
3. Evaluate how client satisfaction can be increased at both the organisational and individual level.
