We’ll be diving into client listening data and find out about the benefits of applying data analytic techniques, like Revenue at Risk which aims to quantify the potential financial impact of client dissatisfaction; Key Driver Analysis, which identifies which factors most significantly affect client satisfaction and loyalty; and Segmentation, used to categorize your clients into meaningful groups based on their feedback, behaviour, and characteristics.
